Welcome to the McDonald Family Funhouse (More commonly referred to as the madhouse. Come on in.. we won't hurt you MUHAHAHA). I am Beth (aka Lessa), mother, webmistresss and your tour guide for this journey of self promotion and bragging (hey, we ALL know that is what a homepage is for..). Hopefully you will find a laugh or two along the way.Our family is the same as many other families you will find, full of diverse thinking, rugged individualists, conflicting views, and the struggle to mesh that all together in the name of Familial Harmony. Many would tell you this is a pipe dream, however, through all the arguments, the trials and tribulations, one thing remains constant. We survive together as a family through love and work. It isn't always easy, but it IS always worth it.
Below you will find links to the three main rooms of our online "home", and before you go, let me give you just a touch of generic info first. We, Kevin, I and our 2.5 children (until May, of course) Live in a small town called Kenai (keen-eye), Alaska. Yes, it is cold in the winter, NO We do not live in an igloo or hunt polar bears.. (good thing, as that is illegal..*grin*) We do not own a dogsled, as we never could train our cats to pull it, and many of the other 'tall tales' about AK (NOT Arkensas.. Alaska) are untrue. We take them in stride, but do not be surprised if we embellish a bit just to keep you "Outsiders" on edge.. *grin* I may even put up a small "Myths and Legands of AK" page eventually, when i find the time, just to help you poor souls along.
So, if you are truely brave, or perhaps just glutton for punishment *grin* step this way and meet the individuals who mesh to make my one of a kind family.
